Application Description:
Project consists of control system for the manufacturing of the complete brush from handle without bristles and bristle material. Machine inserts bristle into the
handles of brush at 500 bristle insertion per minute. |

Control System consists of two Axes, X and Y. Brush handle is mounted on this XY
arrangement. With the trigger from the main CAM, XY axes moves such that brush holes one
by one come in front of bristle insertion point and bristles are inserted and brush is ejected
automatically and new one is inserted automatically. Set of points, for handle holes for bristle
insertion, are teach by using operator interface.
Main Hardware and software used:
• ACR1505 parker motion controller
• Servo drives working on velocity control

Application Description:
Project consists of control system and mechanical structure for the testing of Pin in the IC’s for there color, shape and load handling. |

Set of IC pins are put on pin holder placed on XY table. Selected pins are applied to constant
force by cylinder assembly (fixed at one place) and moving XY table. Then selected pins are
tested for force of insertion and extraction by ET actuator and load cell assembly (fixed at one
place) and XY table moving. Depending on data lot is rejected or accepted.

Application Description:
Project consists of control system and mechanical structure for the calibration of pressure switch for desired pressure. |

Pressure Switch is placed on holding assembly. Depending on the pressure range high or
low pressure valve is put in action to apply pressure to the pressure switch. Set pressure is
applied Pressure switch is manually adjusted to have switching point at that pressure. Then
dynamic test is carried out to find cut off point while increasing and also decreasing
pressure If cut off points are with in the range of tolerance, pressure is made ok, if not faulty..

Application Description:
Project consists of control system for the automation of filter, in the vehicle, processing. |

Control system consists of certain sequence of operation on the mould and on the filter.
This includes loading of mould, wax spraying (Using XYZ table and servo drives), heating
of mould, PU dispensing of mould, filter insertion, indexing, demoulding (removal of filter)
and unloading (of filter). Operator selects the recipe for a given product from the operator
interface and starts the machine. Mould moves on the conveyors, for the operations one
after another.
